Ian's career has taken him from industries such as mobile telecommunications through to oil, gas and chemicals.   He is recognized as both a trusted partner and insightful strategist when it comes to designing and leading enterprise-wide change programs.  

He has held leadership roles at Evolve Partners, Shell and TSTT.

Robin's career has involved advising and coaching executives through performance transformation programs as well as leading change from the inside as a senior leader at a global financial services firm.  

He is also a co-founder of implementation consulting firm Inflection.

Kevin has spent the last ten years as a Management Consultant working with numerous clients to solve their most complex, cross-functional issues impacting performance. Kevin is known for his results-focused approach and enjoys connecting detailed analyses to motivations of human behavior.

Previously Kevin worked as a Senior Manager for Accenture and Manager for Deloitte Consulting.
